Why Richson exists.
Keep scrolling. This is the problem we kept seeing, and what we decided to do about it.
Good products, badly shown.
Search Amazon for almost anything and you'll find great products let down by blurry photos, shouting titles and empty descriptions. Customers judge the brand by what they see.
Too many sellers, nobody in charge.
When anyone can list a product, prices race to the bottom and no one takes responsibility for the page. So we became the one seller who does.
Run like a brand, not a stockroom.
We hold the price you agree, keep stock flowing through Fulfillment by Amazon and watch reviews closely, so the listing gets stronger over time.
Then we built our own.
Doing this for other brands taught us what it takes. Our private label arm now develops products under our own name, held to the same standard.
